Would you prefer to outsource contract management after implementation? That is possible!
Besides interest in our smart and distinctive vision, we see an increasing interest in integral contract management among our customers. BVO & Partners is your tactical partner, if you choose to do so. After we have implemented one or more new contracts for you based on our customer-focused vision, you can also leave the management to us if you wish. Then you are assured that even after the conclusion of a contract everything will run exactly as agreed with the supplier(s). What's more, you hardly have to worry about it after the conclusion of the contract. That's a real relief.
So you can choose to let us drastically improve your maintenance, cleaning or catering, significantly reduce costs and then let BVO & Partners steer the execution of the final contract. Then we will keep an eye on everything that has been agreed from the contract, we will do the invoice check, we will check the planning and reporting and we will keep you informed when and how it suits you best. And much more, of course. It's that easy.
For example: Management of the BVO Maintenance Contract
After you have obtained a new maintenance contract through BVO & Partners that has been awarded to a supplier of your choice, the maintenance itself really starts. And much more than that. Because a BVO maintenance contract is very extensive and everything has been thought of to relieve our customers. Think of all inspections and corrective maintenance, but also malfunction, operation and calamity maintenance are arranged. As well as the planning and budgeting of multi-year maintenance (wholesale and replacement maintenance), legionella, drawings, warranty, inspection and certificates management. All this for a fixed, lower price than before.
It is clear that the maintenance party will have to take the initiative on all these parts and carefully implement the agreements made. Compliance is a matter of practical management. You can do that yourself, but you can also just leave that to us. Or you can choose to let us take a look at the first year, so that you can be sure that from the beginning we will manage all what is necessary to become a dream team with the maintenance party. The choice is yours.
